• Probate – When you lose a loved one, the last thing that you want to worry about is the legal aspect of everything. I assist and aid clients thru the legal matters associated with losing a loved one whether that is filing paperwork, attending a court hearing, or conducting bank transactions. My services include legal proceedings when a Last Will & Testament is present and when the decedent did not have a Last Will & Testament.
  
  
• Estate Planning – I strive to provide clients with a complete and detailed Estate Planning Package. The Estate Planning Package includes a folder or notebook with a CD-ROM of all executed Estate Documents. The Estate Documents in my package include the following:

• Guardianships – I assist clients with the process of establishing a court-ordered guardianship over adults and/or minor children. A guardianship over an adult is usually required when an adult is deemed incapacitated by a physician. A guardianship over a child can result from the loss of a parent or parents or a person leaving a significant amount of money to the minor either thru a Last Will & Testament, life insurance policy, investment or retirement account, etc. Also, I try to find suitable alternatives to a guardianship if those are available considering the circumstances.
  
  
• Business Incorporations – I help small sole proprietorships or “mom and pop” organizations develop into a legal entity with the State of Texas. I establish corporations, LLCs, and PLLCs. I prepare annual business meeting minutes and review your company documents from time to time for any updates.
  
  
• Divorce – I handle uncontested divorces or divorces in which the parties can or have reached an agreement as to the children of the marriage and the property division.
  
  
• Adoptions – This is the one area of law that brings joy and a smile to my heart!!! I would love to assist you in the adoption of a child, an adoption of an adult, or an adoption of a step-child by a step-parent.
  
  
• Real Estate – I draft and prepare real estate documents including Warranty Deeds, Deeds of Trust, Promissory Notes, and Releases of Lien.
